Philosophy Of Service and Leadership At Lovin Manor

Our leadership philosophy stems from three core values:

In all things, we believe that integrity should be the guiding light, the priority. When this is the first priority, it makes decisions easier, because one is never compromising...they are simply making the RIGHT decision.

2. Growth with Balance
Balance is such a vital element in life. It's easy to get out of balance, and yet prioritizing it as a core value helps us to ensure that while we grow in service to others, we ensure there is balance along the way.

3. Be the Change
It is very easy to see problems. It takes a different view to see solutions. We encourage everyone on our team to ensure they understand that they are the change. If they see a problem, they are encouraged to own it, solve it, and communicate so that it does not re-occur.

Leading, directing, and care giving has been a part of who I am for as long as I can remember.

My Executive Director experience over the last six years has lead to some of the most wonderful, fulfilling relationships in my professional life, and has been very fulfilling. I enjoy caring for the families and the community members and the incredible staff here at Lovin Manor.
